4. Month to Month Lessons
The Academy does not require semester minimums for lessons. Every student is on a month-to-month basis! Tuition is month to month with no long term semester requirements.
If you are ready to start, you have nothing to lose as we only want students who truly want to be here and we will not commit you to a long term contract.
5. Student Discount Cards
We are the only music school in Missouri that offers student discount cards for our students, which saves you money all throughout the year. No need to worry about finding and purchasing music books, instruments and accessories. Our students receive a student discount card that saves them money on all of their music supply needs. We're here to help--and save you the time it takes to find these items, so you don't have to!

We are the only music school in Missouri that offers a picture day for their student with a professional photographer! Examples of our music students are shown on this page. Adults are welcome too! Students can bring their instruments to the photo shoot during our destination recital weekends. Our students from Kansas City, St. Louis, Springfield and throughout Missouri come and wear whatever they like!
8. Fantastic Performance Opportunites
We are the only music school in Missouri to offer recitals with a grand piano in our beautiful performing arts auditorium. Students interact with peers by participating in performances. Every parent just wants to know how their child is doing and see how they are really progressing.
A great way for a parent to understand that their investment in lessons is really worth it is to attend a recital! Recitals display and celebrate each student’s achievements in their instrument of choice. Our shows include music student performances on piano, voice/singing, guitar and drums.
For our students these recitals are FREE. Unlike many schools in Missouri, we do not charge recital participation fees AND we have discounted tickets available for parents! At Missouri Music Academy there are NO hidden fees.

At Missouri Music Academy Academy, we love to celebrate musical achievement! Our music students have the opportunity to earn level wristband bracelets, certificates of achievement and more for passing musical challenges that they can show off to their friends. We believe in rewarding students for a job well done. We also reward your student for completing their practice log sheet! Whether it is winning our referal contest or winning our Halloween Costume contest, students can win gift cards. National adjudicator, professional pianist/vocalist and music director, Marla Morrison brings her belief in the value of quality music education to the forefront of the Academy's mission. She has prepared hundreds of students for auditions and acting roles for musical theater, commercials and movies, professional recordings, local, state and national competitions, and nationally televised talent shows (American Idol and The Voice.)
