About the Director
Mrs. Marla Morrison is the owner and director of Missouri Music Academy. She has taught piano lessons and voice lessons professionally for over 24 years. She is a piano and voice instructor, pianist, singer, music director, worship pastor, choir director, and song writer.
She has professionally recorded and has served as an adjudicator for both state and national piano and voice competitions. Her current and former students include Grammy winners, professional touring singer/musicians, actors, university music professors, competitors on The Voice and American Idol, church worship pastors/music directors and more.

From decorated recitalists to composers, our faculty at MMA are dedicated to learning about your personal musical goals and helping you to achieve them. The qualified and passionate teachers at Missouri Music Academy will teach you the songs you want to learn.
All instructors have University training and professional recording and/or performing experience. They are dedicated to learning about your personal musical goals and helping you to achieve them. We are confident that we have the right teacher to meet your music lesson needs.
Tuition
For your convenience, there is no long-term contract and tuition will be automatically billed monthly on the first of the month. Tuition for Missouri music lessons includes the student entry fee for optional fun and live performance opportunities with the academy twice per year at our fabulous recitals in Missouri.
For students starting lessons mid-month, tuition will be prorated based on the number of lessons remaining for the month. Thereafter, tuition will be billed at the first of the month. Tuition does not include instruments, lesson books, a lesson planner, the registration fee or the annual membership fee. There are no hidden fees!
